Braeburn Lettings and Property Management Ltd. said the following: The service before I bought was excellent and the section 8 notice Ireceived was ’spot on’ and helped me considerably. I’ve been in property management for the past 8 years and ongoing changes in legislation make it difficult to maintain a ‘template’ of documents. Also, thankfully, we don’t have much cause to serve Section 8 and 21 Notices. This document was worth £9 and saved me having to trawl through reams and reams of jargon just to ensure I presented a document that wouldn’t get thrown out in court should it come to that.
